NEW CLASS! INTRODUCTION TO JEWISH MEDITATION
TUESDAY NIGHTS 5/29, 6/5, 6/12, AND 6/19

This series will combine lecture, discussion, and text study about Jewish meditation in its many forms and varieties over time, from both traditional and contemporary sources. with our own experience of Jewish meditation techniques. The meditations done in our sessions together, along with readings and guidance from our instructor, will support participants in developing or deepening their own meditation practice. This is for both first time meditators, and experienced meditators who seek more knowledge about Jewish meditation techniques and the benefits of meditating with a group .
