JEWISH MEDITATION SERIES AT THE MANDEL JCC:
5/29, 6/5, 6/12, AND 6/19

This series will combine text study, discussion, and practice of Jewish meditation in its many forms and varieties. The meditations done in our sessions together, along with readings and guidance from our instructor, will support participants in developing or deepening their own meditation practice. This is for both first time meditators, and experienced meditators who seek more knowledge about Jewish meditation techniques and the benefits of meditating with a group .
